Description: G and the ½ Fraction. By most standards, a long title, but it belies nothing of the simplicity and grace of the blog. It is relatively young, but has a way of drawing new and fresh faces to the realm of anime. It has even attracted the attention of the senior, more accomplished members of the anime community. The genius behind G and the ½, Shadro, has the most experience under his belt and does an effective job of running the site, and also, constantly making it better. He also does most of the posts. The range of what he views is fast and has few limits. Whether it is a quiet day-to-day anime or a fast paced mech anime, Shadro will always deliver well thought-out opinions and never remains biased. To help along the way there is the second major poster, Skmajeh, and the editor, Matetroz (a.k.a. Matet). Skmajeh may not have quite as large range as Shadro, but he can get more in-depth to what he’s writing about. His specialty remains mostly in sword anime (or manga) but he does have plenty opinions on whatever else may come his way. He will even help you decipher which version of a story is better, the anime or the manga. If you wish to get away from the spit-shine (or grime, depending on quality) of anime, the editor, Matet, does an occasional random post. Be it on cotton or whatever else he is inspired by, randomness and laughs are assured. The anime, of course, is the life-blood of G and the ½. Without it, the wonderful blog would be nothing, and it is because of this that the site remains true to its goal: be true to our readers, and be true to our anime. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay.
