Gundam Senki for the Playstation 3 will feature a revamped RX-78, which is the original Gundam we all know and love. Not only that, but this game will also feature a metric ton of original anime footage, created by Sunrise. This footage will also mend in with the actual gameplay as well; like a character’s head suddenly popping up on your screen complaining about how your soul is held down by gravity, for example. The story is about an officer in command of the Earth Federation's special unit called the Phantom Sweep Team. There job is to hunt down Zeon remnants at the end of the One Year War. Of course Zeon can never except defeat, so a unit of theirs called the Invincible Knights are launching a counteroffensive of their own. The game is looking great so far, and hopefully its better than Crossfire, which was a PS3 launch title (and a POS as well.) Essentially, it’s like getting an OVA and a game in one package, so you can’t go wrong with that.
