Saotome approached Yamato and asked him to go for Seijou. Yamato told Saotome that he didnt want to have any regret like her as he knew he still like Suzuka. Yamato called Suzuka through the hole linking Suzuk and his room. He told her that he had important thing to tell her. Yamato confessed to Suzuka again and Suzuka was shocked. She ran away. P/S: Confess again... So Saotome was the catalyst not Saki.
