The military deploys the mass production EVAs to fight Asuka.It's that time again.Summary:The military cuts the Unit 02's power cord, but Asuka is not worried and proceeds to destroy several gunships. In response, the military deploys 9 mass production EVAs, and the mass production units surround Unit 02.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~No surprises or any noticeable manga-only developments in this chapter. Looks like Asuka is still going to fight the mass production units with Unit 02 running on batteries just like the End of Evangelion. I don't really want to see Unit 02 getting eviscerated again, and hopefully the fight won't just be a rehash of what happened in the movie. Since the manga has dragged on for so long, it'd better have a different ending than EoE. Otherwise, I don't much else to say at this point.
