During the run of Code Geass, we have already witnessed a lot of WTF things. There's the headshot of C.C., the resurrection of Mao (accompanied by his death in a single episode), and the Geassing of Shirley, just to name a few.
Accompanying this episode is most likely the most WTF thing to ever happen in Code Geass, and possibly the most idiotic: Code Geass 22.
