Chapter 427 begins with Inoue rushing to Ishida and asking about Ichigo's "kidnapping" only to find out that it was his boss dragging him to work.  She then states that she has been concered for him because she has felt something, like aweird atmosphere around Ichigo for a few days.  She then also realizes that she has work and rushes off, while Ishida then notes to himself, that he too thought that Ichigo had some sort of weird almost reiastu like feeling coming from him.  The chapter then shift to Ichigo and the new mystery man, as the mystery man finishes the ramen while Ichigo questions him.  Ichigo, feeling uneasy about the sudden appearance of this man, is trying to figure out what he is here for/why he has been following him.  The chpater then shifts to 2 kids playing baseball, and as one goes to hit a Jinta home run, the real Jinta stops teh ball and throws it hard back.  He is then hit on the head and dragged away by Tessai Tsukabishi while Ururu conforts the boys.  The mysterious man then reveal that he is looking for information on Kurosaki Isshin, Ichigo's father, also stating that Ichigo should know a thing about his family, or at least not yet.  The chapter closes with Ichigo's sister Karin seeking Urahara's help with something.
