Hayate no Gotoku - Flagging interest

I love Hinagiku. She’s one of the few reasons I’m sticking with Hayate no Gotoku longer than I should (currently at ep 22). So with the recent dearth of her screentime, I found myself wondering, What’s the HnG all about again?
