Episode 12 First Live Show| Gold SpeedThis episode opens in 2008, Nago and Kiva fight on a rooftop, Nago charges on his motorcycle and hits Kiva with his sword, causing him to fall to the river below. Megumi screams Kiva’s name as he falls and Nago is sure that he’s won and Kiva is dead. But the Fangire finds Kiva washed up on shore, just as he’s about to bash Kiva’s head in with a rock, Kiva moves and the Fangire flees in fear. Kivat asks Wataru if he’s ok? Wataru dreams of being a rock star, but is it his dream or his nightmare. The scene shifts to 1986 and Yuri wants to know why Jiro has been given the IXA in her stead. Yuri demands answers of Shima, claiming that her mother the designer gives her the right to use it. Shima disagrees claiming the IXA belongs to humanity. Yuri informs Shima that in that case she’s quitting the Aozora Organization. Then she demands it from Jiro, but he tells her that he can’t. She feels betrayed by them both.More questions, what relationship does the IXA have with Kivat? They both are transforming devices, but Kivat has a personality, the IXA seems to be more of a machine. Why does Jiro need it, isn’t he just as powerful in his beast form? What’s Kivat’s origin?
