The forecast said it would be raining in Baltimore during Otakon weekend. It didn’t rain and the weekend wasn’t gloomy at all. It was, in fact, quite comfortable the whole time for a fairly low-key but enjoyable Otakon 2008. I didn’t take any pictures at the con, so yeah, no cosplay shots [...]
