I’m pretty sure that Hinagiku and Ayumu met back in season one (and even discussed Hayate on their vacation with the student council trio). They greeted each other outside the Sanzenin mansion in the OVA too. I hate to say this, but J.C. Staff is sucking more than bananas with Hayate S2. [...]
