Admitedly the last two chapters have been somewhat lacklustre to me, but this chapter is really funny desu. Chiu shows off her Artifact’s powers, which basically allows her to manifest herself in the electronic ocean and use mahou shoujo powers. Very fitting. Ample fanservice is back too.
