Ok Hung, I need some help on this one. How exactly do I tag a post as "off-topic". Sorry, I'm really stupid, but I'd like to know how, because I do post the occasional OT Post.

I can't find the tag system. It's probably right in front of me (it took me a good 30 minutes to figure out how to submit my blog).

Or am i supposed to just tag them as i post them in wordpress (I now realize that this is most likely the thing I should be doing, and that I am really fucking stupid lol. This shows my general knowledge of all things  computer related)
