So I did [title] twice already, and I've not received any notice of rejection or acception. :<

Is it that blog ages are mandatorily (I never knew that that was a word 'till now) 1 month+ for acceptance?

Yup, your blog will not be accepted until it is at least one month old, per the FAQs.

Ah, thanks.

It says "It would be nice if...," so I assumed it wasn't mandatory.
