As you all know, Naruto Shippuuden will incorporate filler scenes to help the manga get ahead even more (I have no idea why... the mangas what, 3 arcs ahead already?). I generally have no complaints about filler scenes if they have action, and are animated nicely. This is not one of those times. Naruto Shippuuden 3.
