Hello again, Let's go ahead with another review of a rather interesting manga/anime series aired some year ago. (The manga is still running in Japan and has currently 8 volumes) It's name is Kemeko Deluxe and is a work written and illustrated by Masakazu Iwasaki. Let's start up with a synopsis : A chibi robot doll appears in the room of a typical high school boy (Sanpeita Kobayashi). The robot claims the boy as her husband and then a beautiful girl comes out of the doll's mouth who knows the boy from 10 years prior and had been promised his hand in marriage. That's the main plot and yes it's rather simple, but pretty effective to show its potential as Harem/Comedy/Romance anime. The story develop into the anime (and mostly in the manga) as a mix of serious moments and funny moments that describes the life of our characters after the arrival of Kemeko. The characters are all likable and pretty numerous, and there is some growth and backstory work in each one of them. (mainly in the manga as the anime is too short to cover all the chapters). For this series I'm pretty much blocked to choose a favourite as there are too many girls I like and I can't make my mind... (but maybe EmuEmu is the top...) The graphical department is pretty high quality and use a particular style that makes the characters very cute. The quality of the animation in all the anime episodes is fairly consistent. Let's go watch the manga covers for the eight volumes that are till now released : As you can see, the quality of the artwork is brilliant and that quality is maintained constant in all the volumes making reading this manga a very nice experience. The Seiyuu in the anime are pretty famous also with people like Chiwa Saitou or Haruka Tomatsu! The opening/ending are pretty funny and I found myself hearing those songs multiple time. Concluding this is a nice series to pick up if you're into comedy/harem manga/anime, but I do not suggest this as a start-up anime/manga due to a rather big fanservice element in it. Yes, Izumi Makihara has some BIG......influence in Sanpeita life. See you soon with more reviews, feal87
