Kaze no Stigma Episode 11 – Each One’s Determination Ren finally rids himself of any confusion as he realizes that he wants to see Ayumi again, and even gains the resolve to protect her, believing that there's gotta be some way to save their clan from their fate. With this episode, Ren finally realizes what it truly means to protect someone, a same sentiment that both Ren and Kazuma share as brothers.
