Seishou Academy is a school for very unique girls - girls who are actually anthropomorhised weapons. Just how much fun can an assault rifle be? Well, their new homeroom teacher is about to get a crash course lesson in just how special they are, from model numbers to underwear. If he can find his way to the school first, that is... @Illogicalzen (╯°□°）╯︵ sʇuǝʇuoɔ sʇı puɐ ǝןqɐʇ sıɥʇ ʞɔnɟ - the Upotte approach to logic and common sense. Part of me is wondering what the hell I just watched. Our multi-national unit (very Strike Witches) represents the weaponry industries of America, Switzerland, Belhium and the UK, with Belgian rifle FNC (aka Funko) getting the bulk of the attention this time out. With her pantsu coming in for particular focus (even though you never actually see them). The gag seems to be how many innuendos you can squeeze in in a 25-minute program - the answer appears to be "plenty", with Funko's mind running away with her at the thought of her new homeroom teacher's big hands firmly gripping her stock, reminding herself to take proper care of her delicate parts, and so on. I have to admit that it's different. THE GOOD: Anything that could match Aquarion EVOL innuendo for innuendo has my attention. Decidedly strange premise is decidedly strange. The show's sense of humour tickles my funnybone. THE BAD: Maybe too strange an idea for its own good. Seems a strange thing to make a high school comedy out of. I really don't know about this one. I did laugh at it, but I don't know if that's just at the absurdity of the idea - in which case the novelty will soon wear off. But that at least earns it a few more episodes to prove itself.
