I did not look over this scene that much, but I can safely say that Irisu is telling Chi-chan to be on her own (aka independent from others). She’s the president of the club, after all. Anyway, it seems that I still have a hard understanding of girls — one such example is Kouchi: I still can’t understand her. Overall I discarded all that I wrote in my notepad regarding the episode but to summarize it, the Kanya Festa arc has one of the most accurate renditions of Academic Cultural Festivals in Japan, based on what I have learned while watching the series.
