Great episode. Kid is so funny. His obsession with symmetry never fails to make me laugh. (*O*)I love the interaction between Crona and Maka. It's really sweet. It's great to see Crona finally opening his heart to Maka. ^.^Arachne has joined forces with Asura aka Kishin. That's certainly a big threat to both Shinigami and Medusa. So why does Medusa surrender? My guess is she wants to join forces with Shibusen to fight Arachnophobia as she knows her own strength is not enough. When the time is right, she'll then play the bystander role and let both Shibusen and Arachnophobia destroy each other. This worked for the 'Brew' battle but I doubt it will work again. I certainly hope it won't.SummaryArachne finally figures out the location of Asura. Giriko, Mosquito and Arachne decide to pay him a visit. Arachne enters the cave alone to propose an alliance, but Ashura attacks and strangles her. But still, in the end, Arachne manages to convince Ashura to join forces with her.Back at Shibusen, Crona is feeling guilty for what he has done to Marie and Stein. Both Eruka and Ragnarok advise him to return to Medusa's side but Crona doesn’t want to leave Shibusen because of the friends he has made. In the end, he cannot stand being treated so nicely by everyone and decides to leave. However, his intention is not to return to Medusa. He just wants to go to somewhere with nobody. Maka’s father discovers that Crona has disappeared. Maka decides to find Crona with Soul’s help.Meanwhile, Kid is following BJ secretly as he wants to find out what BJ is up to. However, due to Kid's distraction by the unsymmetrical Shinigami statues around him, he loses sight of BJ.Back to Crona, while on his way out of Shibusen, he falls into a pit. He sits there alone and memories of how he first met Maka flood his mind. Maka eventually finds him. Crona tries to chase Maka away and he reveals to her and Soul what he did to Marie and Stein. Not wanting to hear more, Maka goes into the pit and confronts Crona. Maka wants Crona to say that Medusa made him do it but Crona can't. Part of him didn't want to do it but another part of him did it willingly because Medusa is his mother. With tears, Crona confesses that he doesn’t want to hurt anyone anymore. Crona feels that he's a coward and he might betray them again but Maka promises to disallow that from happening. They then hug and Maka brings Crona back t0 Shibusen. They report everything to Shinigami. He understands how they feel but Crona has violated the terms of the agreement and so he has to be expelled. When Maka is defending Crona, suddenly Sid interrupts and reports to Shinigami that Medusa has arrived at Shibusen. Her purpose is to surrender!?PicturesAsura aka Kishin!Arachne is attacked by Asura.Despite that, Arachne manages to bring Asura back to Arachnophobia.Maka, Crona, Black Star and Tsubaki are having a picnic. Fortunately, Maka appears in time.Crona uses this chance to ask Maka about her mother. Crona is surprised to hear that Maka's mother is missing and is a violent person. When asked if she likes her mother, Maka replies with a Yes.
