Man, there's more drama in these 2 eps than all of Mai Otome! Disregarding the ludicrous premise, the many 'poignant' moments were extremely well executed within their standalone contexts. I especially enjoyed Mikoto's 'death' as Harima cruelly executed her right before Hanai. Even Tenma and Karasuma's face-off was touching (if not slightly over the top) [...]
