Tomoya fell asleep while visiting Misae with Nagisa and right before Tomoya fell asleep, he saw Misae's cat and it was talking to Tomoya! The scene turns back in time where Misae was younger and had a crush on someone. There was a boy with yellow hair and yellow eyes named Shima, standing in front of the school waiting for Misae. It turns out that he came to grant a wish. Every day, Shima would be there waiting for Misae. One day, the guy who Misae had a crush on told Shima to relay the message to Misae that he had a girlfriend. Shima didn't know what to say when he tried to tell Misae but, she found out herself.
